Pricing
Prices displayed on CivicSpringWorks.com represent standard package prices or starting prices unless otherwise stated. Final pricing, scope, deliverables, timelines, third-party costs, and payment terms are determined through the applicable proposal, agreement, or statement of work.
Third-party expenses may be separate, including domain registration, Shopify plans, Shopify applications, payment-processing fees, premium software, integrations, and specialized services.
Project Agreements
A website inquiry, consultation, form submission, or discussion with CivicSpring does not by itself create a client relationship. A project relationship begins only after the parties agree to the applicable project terms. If a signed agreement, proposal, or statement of work conflicts with information on this website, the applicable written project agreement controls.
Shopify and Other Third-Party Platforms
CivicSpring may use or integrate third-party platforms, including Shopify. Those platforms are independently operated and may have their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, transaction fees, technical requirements, availability, and platform rules. CivicSpring does not control those third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that their features, fees, policies, or availability will remain unchanged.
No Guaranteed Results
CivicSpring may design websites and digital systems intended to support membership growth, event participation, sponsorship, fundraising, donations, visibility, or community engagement. CivicSpring LLC does not guarantee specific financial, membership, fundraising, search-ranking, attendance, or business results.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the CivicSpring name, website design, written content, graphics, branding, and original materials appearing on CivicSpringWorks.com are owned by or licensed to CivicSpring LLC. You may view and use this website for ordinary informational purposes but may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit substantial portions without permission.
Client Content
Organizations working with CivicSpring remain responsible for ensuring that materials they provide may legally be used, including photographs, logos, written materials, videos, sponsor materials, trademarks, historical documents, and member information.
Website Availability
We work to maintain the availability and accuracy of CivicSpringWorks.com but do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website content or features at any time.
